Return Policy

We're a small boutique that brings in new styles every week, so our return window is short.

What can be returned

• Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached.
• We can't accept items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke odor or stains of any kind.
• Swim and sale items are final sale.

How returns are refunded

• All returns are issued as store credit. Credit can be used in store or online and never expires.
• We don't offer cash or card refunds.
• Items purchased with Afterpay are credited back through Afterpay.

How to return

By mail: ship it to BOBBI ROCCO Returns, 5701 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA 92037, with your name, email and order number inside the package. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.
