We ship within the continental United States. Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. You will receive tracking via email upon item shipment.
In Store Pick Up:
Yay! Come visit us. Just choose this option at check out and you will be notified when your item is ready. (It is usually ready within 2 hours of you placing your order) If you haven't received a notification of your order being ready and are heading our way- shoot us a text and we'll get right on it! RETURN PROCESS
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 14 days.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.
